Description
It is a fixed half-pulley with increased ventilation, recalculated, with anti-wear and anti-friction surface treatment. This element completes the Multivar and makes it unmatched. Designed for the scooter variator line, it further improves the working condition of the transmission belt.
It is not a simple accessory, but a very important part for the duration of all transmission parts. The temperatures that are produced inside the crankcases where the variators with V-belts work in critical moments are prohibitive and sometimes certain parts, such as transmission belts and variator rollers, suffer irreparable damage. There are cases in which the rollers could reach the melting point. Ventilvar, in addition to other advantages, has a cooling capacity that is 30% higher than the original half-pulley, a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty driving.
