DERBI STAGE6 R/T WATER PUMP FEATURES

Installing the Stage6 Derbi high flow water pump can significantly improve the cooling system of the engine. The Stage6 water pump package includes a cover shim, shaft, impeller, O-rings and CNC water pump cover.

DERBI HIGH FLOW WATER PUMP INSTALLATION
Installing the Stage6 water pump for Derbi is easy: start by emptying the cooling system, dismantling the water pump cover and removing the original impeller. When dismantling, check the condition of the water pump spinnaker gasket and replace if necessary.
To reassemble, reinstall the water pump shaft with the Stage6 impeller, mount the riser shim with the corresponding O-rings and close with the Stage6 R/T water pump cover. Then connect the Derbi cooling hoses and bleed the cooling system. It is recommended to replace the old coolant with new.
