ORIGINAL CYLINDER KIT PIAGGIO 180 GILERA RUNNER 180 FXR 2 STROKE
The original Piaggio 180 cylinder is identical in terms of technical specifications to the original cylinder, as it is produced by Piaggio / Gilera. There are therefore no surprises in terms of performance. However, note that it is supplied without a cylinder head, which means that the original cylinder head must be reused.

CRANKSHAFT STAGE6 HPC 52 MM STROKE / CONNECTING ROD 105 MM GILERA RUNNER 180 2 STROKE
The high-quality full-weight crankshaft has been weight-reduced internally on the shoulder side to achieve perfect balance with the copper balance inserts. The result is a quiet engine, suitable for a wide range of applications, on the road, on the track or in competition. The connecting rod is made of high-quality forged steel.

NTN high quality bearings are specially designed to withstand extremely high rotational speeds. However, proper lubrication and installation of the crankshaft and bearings is essential to ensure long bearing life.

Once the engine pack has been installed on your Piaggio 180, it is advisable to carry out a running-in period of approximately 150 kilometres and to slightly adjust the nozzle during this period.
