MHR RACING VESPA EXHAUST

It is one of the essential components for the vehicle tuning, specifically designed to give the engine an excellent increase in power at medium and high revs. Thanks to the sophisticated systems available to our technicians and decades of experience in the design and production of exhausts, Malossi has created this masterpiece. The new MHR exhaust for Vespa ET3, specially designed for coupling with our 3115829 thermal unit, allows the achievement of the highest power at the same rpm, placing it in the range of the best performing exhausts on the market. The huge advantage of this exhaust system lies in the particular path calculated and designed to allow its assembly WITHOUT HAVING TO CUT THE BODY: in any operating configuration and position of the engine crankcase, this exhaust fits inside the vehicle without any harmful contact point that would force the user to modify the frame of their beloved Vespa. The counter cone has been split by taking advantage of the experience gained with the most performing engine ever produced by Malossi: the RC-One 94cc; this has allowed us to further increase the range of use, achieving a performance gain of even more than 1 HP at the highest rotation speeds when normally the engine drastically loses performance once the maximum power speed is exceeded.

Technical features

Muffler

Designed for assembly without any modification to the body. Made of special steel sheet (thickness 0.8mm), obtained with robotic TIG and MIG welding processes and manual oxyacetylene welding, hand-beaten. Transparent paint.

Mouthpiece

Specially designed for Malossi 3115829 cylinder kit: flange with ears for anchoring the support springs (it is no longer necessary to drill the cylinder fins to connect the springs), profile obtained with high-precision laser cutting, calibrated inclination and joined to the nozzle by welding.

Nozzle

With passage section calibrated to obtain the maximum available back pressure.

Silencer

Made of aluminum, anodized Nitro blue with terminal tube drowned in the bottom for a more attractive design.

Connection to the muffler

Made using a high-precision laser-cut and folded bracket, connected to an anchoring ring on the crankcase arm; the vibrations generated by the engine are dampened by two silentblocks placed between the bracket and the muffler, ensuring a longer life.
