MHR RACING MOPED EXHAUST
The Moped Racing muffler is one of the essential components for the tuning of a vehicle and has been specifically designed to give the engine an increase in power at medium and high revs.
It has a profile that allows it to be mounted on ALL Ciao, Bravo, Si, Grillo mopeds and is sized to be coupled with ALL the aluminium Racing thermal groups currently on sale.
Created for the most extreme tuning, it features a decidedly attractive, low-loss path that highlights the sporting vocation of each vehicle.

Technical features
Muffler
Designed for assembly on all Ciao, Bravo, Si, Grillo mopeds in combination with Malossi aluminium thermal units. Made of special steel sheet (0.8mm thick), obtained with TIG and MIG robotic welding processes and manual oxyacetylene welding, hand-hammered. Transparent paint.
Mouthpiece
Specially designed for Malossi Moped cylinder kits: flange with ears for anchoring the support springs (it is no longer necessary to drill the cylinder fins to connect the springs), profile obtained with high-precision laser cutting and connection with hole obtained with high-precision CNC machines for optimal coupling with the exhaust pipe.
Nozzle
With passage section calibrated to achieve the maximum available back pressure.
Silencer
Made of aluminum, anodized Nitro blue with terminal tube drowned in the bottom for a more attractive design.
Connection to the muffler
Made using silentblocks and spacers (when required) fixed directly to the frame, in an extremely solid and stable way. Since this is an extreme system, it is necessary to make some minimal changes to the frame. One hole for fixing the silentblocks. The assembly of the crankcase cover is not possible.
ATTENTION: It is necessary to remove the original pedals and the chain drive sprocket.
