Top Performances has built up an excellent reputation not only in the manual moped sector, and this 86cc aluminum kit for Piaggio / Gilera LC engines (NRG, Runner, Zip, NTT, etc.) is just as convincing.

The cylinder is made of aluminum and has a protective Nikasil coating. The diameter is 50 mm with a stroke of 44 mm, it has 6 relief ports and a split exhaust; the high compression cylinder head consists of two parts. The relatively large exhaust across the entire width gives the cylinder a unique appearance. Special attention was paid to the exterior design: a cooling channel surrounds the entire exhaust, ensuring optimal cooling.

In terms of performance, this 77cc Top Performances engine package is in the high/hyper racing range. With the right components - 28mm minimum carburetor, digital internal rotor ignition and a high-end racing exhaust - it can develop between 20 and 22 hp.

Note: The engine block requires a little machining to make room for the cylinder base (56mm)
