For fans of 50cc gears equipped with a Derbi Euro2 engine, Stage6 offers here the Stage6 Sport 50cc MKII Derbi Euro 2 Cylinder Kit. The watchwords of this range are: simplicity, performance and reliability!

Here you will find a 50cc aluminum cylinder from the sports range with a nickasil coating. The whole thing is designed and engineered for everyday use of your motorcycle.

The delivery contains the following parts:

50cc cylinder diam. 40 mm in aluminum with 5 intake transfers and an exhaust port with booster,
Complete two-segment piston,
High compression aluminum monoblock cylinder head,
Gasket pocket (cylinder base and head).
The design of this cylinder is based on that of its bigger brother, the Stage6 Big Racing. You will find the main technical features of this high-end engine:

A view passes everywhere with the indication of the cubic capacity: 49 cm³.
A design based on a 50mm, thus allowing for large intake ducts and a large cooling volume.
In terms of performance, this Sport MKII version is at the top of the cylinder charts of the equivalent range. This is thanks to large intake ducts that allow good filling of the lower engine and an exhaust with Booster that ensures rapid evacuation of burnt gases. The diagrams (118° - 181°) offer a wide range of use and guarantee excellent handling on the road, you will be thrilled!

To ensure reliability, Stage6 has opted for a double-ring piston. The use of a double-ring piston slightly reduces the cylinder's performance, but significantly increases its durability. The architecture of this new cylinder is inspired by its big brother, the Stage6 Big Racing, so it has a large water chamber to effectively cool the engine during travel.

To get the most out of this Stage6 MKII Sport 50cc cylinder, we recommend combining it with a 21mm carburetor (minimum) and a Stage6 Streetrace exhaust (or equivalent model from another brand). Please note, if your crankshaft has more than 5000 kilometres on it, we recommend replacing it with a new reinforced one.
