In the Stage 6 77 kit you will find:
- 77cc cast iron cylinder D.50mm, 5 transfers and oval exhaust,
- Complete two-segment piston diam. 50mm,
- High compression one-piece aluminum cylinder head,
- Gasket kit (base and head),
- Screws and bolts.
The 77 Stage 6 StreetRace kit is made of cast iron and perfectly combines reliability and performance. It will be your daily companion on your motorcycle trips.
HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE DERBI STAGE 6 CAST IRON 77 KIT?
To get the most out of your cast iron Derbi 77 kit after 2006 and therefore obtain maximum performance, we recommend combining it with at least: a 21 mm PWK carburetor ; a valvetrain such as the Stage6 Viton ; a racing exhaust such as the Stage6 Streetrace low flow ; a reinforced clutch ; a reinforced standard stroke crankshaft and, why not, an internal rotor ignition such as the MVT Digital Direct .
This combination of parts will be optimal for daily use of your 50cc motorcycle such as Derbi Senda X-Treme, Gilera SMT, Aprilia SX50, Aprilia RS4, ...etc.
Please note: The outer mold is based on a replica of the original cylinder, so it has the notation "49.9cc". But we want to reassure you: it is a 77cc!
The assembly of the cylinder kit is very simple and does not require any milling of the base. As for the break-in, a minimum of 300 km with a 3% oil mixture will ensure robustness and durability.
