MXS31445476 CYLINDER KIT MXS RACING MINARELLI VERTICAL - PISTON PIN 12MM MXS RACING
Racing Kit - Cylinder, Piston and Head - designed and developed by MXS Racing. The Nikasil coated aluminum cylinder has 5 transfer ports and an oval exhaust port. It comes with a HQ single ring piston (12mm pin) and a high compression head (196°/132°/134° opening times). With 19hp “out of the box”, in combination with the right set-up, but without any modifications to the cylinder or bottom end, this kit will excite even the most demanding racer. To unlock the full potential of this cylinder, we recommend a 28mm carburetor (at least 21mm), a “Big Valve” reed valve, a digital ignition and a high quality trophy crankshaft (12mm). You will need to use a Hyper Racing exhaust to use this kit, otherwise the cylinder will overheat! We recommend the MXS Racing 2014, Stage6 R1400 or at least the Yasuni Carrera 16 (flange diam. 26mm and stinger tube diam. min. 16mm!). The kit comes complete with piston (pin, piston rings and piston rings included) and gaskets for assembly. To ensure you get the maximum power and reliability from this cylinder kit, you must definitely adjust the "squish distance" during assembly (cylinder spacers are included). For Minarelli vertical engines - Diameter: 47.6mm - Stroke: 39mm - Note: piston pin = 12mm.
