MXS Racing 70cc MBK Booster Cylinder Kit.
This MXS Racing cylinder has five ports, an "oval " exhaust port and is made of Nikasil treated aluminum . It comes with a single ring piston with 10mm gudgeon pin and has a specific high compression cylinder head .
Indeed, with over 18.5hp at the wheel (with the adapted configuration) without modifications to the cylinder or the lower engine, this kit will delight the most demanding.
To take full advantage of its capabilities, we recommend using it in combination with a 28 mm carburetor (minimum 21 mm), "Big Valve" valves with large valve sections, a digital ignition with internal rotor and a "Racing" crankshaft (with solid masses and 10 mm shaft).
The exhaust must be a "Hyper Racing " competition model, otherwise the cylinder will overheat! We recommend for example the MXS Racing 2014, or a Stage6 R1400 (flange diam. 26mm and exhaust pipe diam. 16mm at least!).
The kit of course comes with the necessary mounting kit, ring, circlips, axle and gasket bag. To ensure the power and reliability of your engine, you will need to adjust your "squish" when assembling the kit.
