Exhaust ducts and transfer ports designed and tested for maximum thermodynamic efficiency.
Dimensional shape and roughness checks.
100% piston-cylinder fit in 0.010-0.005mm selections.
100% hydraulic seal check carried out.
ALUMINUM CYLINDER -- Technology
Cylinders obtained by gravity casting in specific steel shells.
Material: primary aluminum alloy with high silicon content, tempered and stabilized.
Processing: on high-precision numerically controlled machine tools.
Barrel with silicon carbide coating in a galvanic nickel matrix and cross-polished with diamond passages with very tight tolerances.
Heat exchange surfaces recalculated.

Segments in high mechanical resistance spheroidal cast iron with wear-resistant hard chrome coating on the contact surface, ground and lapped.

Material: Special die-cast aluminum alloy.
Geometry of heat exchange surfaces recalculated and increased (air-cooled models).
Recalculated and scaled cooling circuit sections and paths (liquid-cooled models).
Processing on super precise numerically controlled machines with diamond tools.
Antioxidant surface treatment.

FOR THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE KIT, IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO USE THE SUPPLIED CONTROL UNIT AND REPLACE THE PRIMARY GEARS WITH THE MALOSSI HTQ, KEEPING THE ORIGINAL OR SPECIFIC MALOSSI EXHAUST.
