The two-star brand is constantly striving for performance, so Stage6 brings you another new product at an excellent price!
The delivery contains the following parts:
- 77cc 50mm aluminum cylinder with 5 inlet ports and a 32mm exhaust port,
- Vertex single ring piston diam. 50 mm,
- High compression one-piece aluminum cylinder head,
- Gasket kit (cylinder base and head).
The design of this Stage6 BigRacing cylinder kit was created in close collaboration with the MXS Racing workshop to obtain a completely innovative product .
Visually, the cylinder kit is quite basic, but be careful, appearances can be deceiving. In fact, this cylinder is entirely designed on a 50 mm diameter base and not on a raised lower model, so it is a real "Big Bore ". It benefits from large intake ducts and an even larger two-piece exhaust!
- The assembly of the cylinder kit is very simple and does not require any milling of the base. As for the squish, it is already predefined in the machining of the cylinder.
- From a performance point of view, we managed to obtain on our test bench (a P4) a power of 23 HP for 13 Nm with a standard configuration (24 carburetor, original ignition, Hyper Racing exhaust... etc).
- With a fairly low cylinder angle (190° - 125°), a fairly large water chamber and a high quality piston, everything will remain reliable as long as you make the appropriate adjustments.
With a displacement of 77cc thanks to the 50mm piston, it will be sufficient to fit a reinforced crankshaft in the original stroke.
The outer mold is based on a replica of the original cylinder and is marked "49cc". But we want to reassure you: it is indeed a 77cc.
Please note: It is recommended to use "long" cylinder head nuts to allow for optimal tightening torque of this cylinder kit.
