STAGE6 UNIVERSAL RACING BRAKE FLOATING DISC
In developing the Stage6 R/T floating brake disc front 250 mm MKII, the focus was on maximum reliability and maximum braking power. The result is a high-end brake disc that is suitable for racing, but can also be used for everyday road use.
The brake disc is 100% made in Italy and has been tested in harsh conditions on the track. It is completely made of high quality martensitic steel. This type of steel has a high content of carbon and chromium, whose main advantage is its superior toughness and hardness, which ensures greater durability.
The heat treatment of the braking surface is the same as that used for superbikes, so in circuit racing the riders can brake consistently and powerfully throughout the race.
The decisive advantage of the Stage6 floating concept is that the pads have 30% more contact surface with the disc than conventional discs. This distributes the braking force approximately 30% more evenly than conventional floating discs, resulting in improved brake response. Due to the larger contact surface, the pads and brake disc are also more durable and resistant.
The brake disc is equipped with orange anodized pawl rings made of 7075 T6 aluminum, which is comparable to steel in strength but weighs much less.

The disc fits many common scooter models such as Yamaha Aerox, BW`s, Slider, Jog, Neo`s / MBK Nitro, Booster, Stunt, Mach G, Ovetto / Aprilia SR50 / SR125, Rally, Gulliver / Benelli 491, K2, Naked, Velvet 125 / Beta Ark, Eikon / Malaguti F12, F15, Crosser / Peugeot Buxy, Speedake, Squab, Trekker, TKR / Piaggio Typhoon, TPH, NRG and many other scooters (also Chinese) with corresponding dimensions. The supplied high-quality titanium collar bolts allow mounting on rims with M8 bolt diameter (e.g. F12 / Jog). For rims with M10 bolts (e.g. Aerox), the original bolts are still used.
