They were dreamed and created with just one goal in mind: to produce the most innovative racing component for scooters ever.
A revolution cannot be such if it does not change the values in the field to the core. This is why Malossi did not stop at C-One, but also created RC-One, an even more extreme version dedicated to lovers of large displacements. In fact, with the arrival of RC-One and the new MHR Flanged Mount cylinders, the displacement increases to 94 cubic centimeters and the power largely exceeds 30 horsepower , without any problem of boring or mechanical resistance of the engine block.
RC-One is designed to use only Malossi flange-mounted cylinders and has a pump casing inserted inside it that is large enough to allow the installation of long-stroke crankshafts without any additional intervention.
MHR RC-one has been designed and prepared for:
- Fit both drum and disc brake solutions.
- To be mounted in place of the original engine both on short and long wheelbase (even on 12/13'' wheels). The position of the shock absorber attachment, in fact, has been studied to satisfy both solutions.
- The assembly only of the brand new Malossi MHR Ø 52 Flanged Mount red head cylinders, with flange fixing and with pump casing of dimensions such as to allow the installation of Malossi RHQ crankshafts with stroke 44 and connecting rod 90, without any additional intervention.
- Exclusive housing for Malossi MHR and MHR TEAM internal rotor ignition.
- The use of electric cooling pump, to eliminate the power absorption of the traditional mechanical water pump.
- The elimination of the automatic mixer.
- Prepared for mounting of vacuum fuel pump.
- The new large reed valve, designed using sophisticated 3D fluid dynamics simulation programs.
- Fits all current Malossi products.
